Game does not boot

Symptom: Game will not boot.

Solution: The game actually did boot, it's just that you cannot make anything out. Turns out that the EPROM at 5E was bad. Replaced that and we now have a working Pac-Man.

The following steps were taken to either diagnose or to repair the PCB/Part/Game:

Using the Two Bit's ABC Diagnostics board 12/2/2014 7:55:42 PM After checking the voltages, I hooked up the Two Bits ABC Diagnostics board (http://www.twobits.com/ABC/) to see what I would get. Well, I got a screen not listed in the documentation. So I suspect it's probably a RAM issue. Will be contacting ABC to verify.

Bad EPROM 5E 12/10/2014 6:53:55 PM Turns out that the EPROM at 5E was bad. Replaced that and we now have a working Pac-Man.
